Vibrant, cheerful and planned to perfection – Evangelina and Stasi’s Metropolis Events Southbank Wedding Videography by ProEye Video captured all the wonderful elements of their big day.
While the rain may have made an appearance, it didn’t dampen the spirits of the energetic couple, or the quality of their Metropolis Events Southbank wedding videography.
Anyone on the outside looking in could have been forgiven for mistaking the early morning preparations for the real party. The joyous revelry began at the bride’s home and continued throughout the day. ProEye Video was there, providing exceptional wedding videography from the outset… and well into the evening at Metropolis Events Southbank.
Evangelina looked elegant in her Cappellazzo Couture gown, with Terrisa Makeup Artists and Hair by Anita bringing out her natural beauty. Stasia Fox completed the effect with an exquisite bouquet of white roses.
Arriving at St John the Forerunner Greek Orthodox Church in showstopping Mustangs, guests watched the glowing bride walk down the aisle, where Stasi stood captivated (and looking very handsome) in his Tom Ford suit. They exchanged rings that were courtesy of Jenny at Top Image Jewellery.
Once they were officially joined as husband and wife, Stasi and Angelina were escorted in their Range Rover Stretch Limousine by Exoticar for wedding photos by the very talented Yervant Photography. He was able to work his magic despite the wet weather, or perhaps using it to his advantage, and create stunning images that truly reflect the happiness everyone was experiencing.
The reception at Metropolis Events, a luxurious and sophisticated venue located on the top level of Southgate Melbourne, had all the sparkle and energy the couple was hoping for. Comedian George Kapiniaris shone as MC, while the music was a mix of traditional sounds with Nemesis Band and popular tracks by DJ Peter B. The bridal party entered the room to a drumming solo provided by Platinum Events.
The formalities came to a close with heartfelt speeches, the cutting of their amazing cake by Pastel and Bloom, and a first dance song performed by a close friend.
A lot of work went on behind the scenes to create this wedding’s dazzling style. Amica Event Hire designed the bridal table, place settings, dance floor and decals, as well as the table centrepieces. Chandelier Hire provided the impressive chandeliers, while the wishing well and candle hire were taken care of by The Luxx Co. Mazii Collection created the stationery and worked with Stasia Fox to design the seating and welcome charts.
There were a lot of familiar faces in this Metropolis Events Southbank wedding videography for the ProEye Video team. We have filmed weddings for several guests and members of the bridal party in the past – including the Best Man – and we are booked to film the weddings of one of the Bridesmaids and Groomsmen next year. This is such a fun-loving group of people; we can’t wait to celebrate with them in the future.
